I am currently a junior in HS enrolled at a competitive magnet school known for its rigor.
I am in the IB Diploma Programme taking a multitude of IB courses.
GPA:
3.45 freshman year (B in Bio, Math)
3.68 sophomore year (Bs in Chemistry & Physics- pre IB)
3.97 junior year (A- in IB Physics- all A’s in other IB courses)
3.7 GPA
**So far, every applicant from my school with a 2150/ACT equivalent and 3.6 has been accepted- this data is only based off a dozen or so applicants though.

I thought I would add that nearly every student from my school with a 3.6+ and 2150 was accepted to NYU, although this figure is for all of NYU (including Stern), but not exclusively Stern.
