which one better for ibanking and general business job placement? right now...I want to do ibanking but I might change in the future...I heard stern is mainly geared toward ibanking
also...which one helps me with top mba admissions more (assuming I work a couple of years after undergrad)?
I love new york but I also want the college experience...I am torn between these two schools

oh and I am on the waitlist for dartmouth...should I even try to get in there? or will stern and duke have the same opportunities..I would rather be warm or be in the city

Go to Duke. Stern places well into Banking BUT Duke has a MUCH better quality of life, college experience, etc. At Stern your whole identity is getting into banking, at Duke you get the same job but you get an amazing college experience as well. Go with the win-win.

I think Duke is a much better college experience with a more accomplished, diverse student body. While it was while ago, there were more in my BB IB analyst class from Duke than NYU-Stern, although UG business was not as popular then as apparently it is today.

Go to Duke. It is an overall better academic school. You’ll get a real campus experience.

Duke. Take it from someone in Stern.
And definitely go to Dartmouth if they take you off the waitlist.
