NYU Stern VS Berkeley (maybe Northwestern too?)

I have just been accepted at NYU Stern and Berkeley.
For Berkeley, i plan to apply to Haas school of business once I am there, and I'd like to study finance/management to ultimately go to law school to study corporate law or land a job in Wall Street.

some concerns i have about each school;
NYU; NYC! not very safe, higher living expenses, no campus whatsoever. but i know that opportunities will be easier to come by whether it be internships or recruitments, and Stern has been known for its strong finances

Berkeley; nicer weather, closer home, (i live on the west coast) decent campus, and from what i heard i would guess better student life. Im from Korea and it is very possible that I will go back to Asia after graduation, in which case the fact that they are more renown and considered more prestigious may help me.

I was waitlisted at Northwestern, but i know that they accept about 40-50% of the people that accept a place on the waitlist, but im wondering if I should even bother to accept the place on the waitlist, because I have been so set on studying business for a long long time (which NU doesnt offer) and do not want to waste a lot of time on the theoretical stuff.

So which school would suit me better? any comment will be appreciated. thanks in advance!

If you plan on going back to Korea, I say Berkeley. UCLA and Berkeley loom large and will take you a long way back home.

Stern if Wall Street is the priority.
