I am currently a high school freshman and I was wondering how my stats stack up so far. I am currently considering applying to NYU and co-majoring in International Business and Economics at Stern.

Rank of 1/472 (99.79%)

CLASSES:

Integrated 3 (taking Pre-calc next year)

Miscellaneous Community Service

I am thinking about focusing more on Foreign Languages in the coming years. I was exposed to Spanish in kindergarten because I attended an Immersion School. In first grade I learned how to read in Spanish and in second I learned how to read in English. I have also participated in two service projects (one week ea.) to Mexico. I recently scored quite high on my National Spanish Exam and was invited to an Oral Speaking Competition as well as inducted into the Language Honor Society at my school. In addition, I have completed three years of French in middle school but I don't have any electives spots left. I might pick it up again after I finish my 3 Gym credits. I am pondering the possibility of taking a Chinese summer program. Would NYU be impressed by my "passion" for language since I am considering International Business?

I know that my EC's are fairly weak so far.. Any suggestions or advice?
What other schools should I consider?

Thanks so much!
