<p>If financial need is a concern you should not apply ED to anywhere. But you especially should not apply ED to NYU which is a school that is notorious for students graduating with high debt loads. I know that schools say that you can get out of your ED contract but it’s not that simple. What you/your parents deem as unaffordable will probably be different from what your school’s financial aid department deems unaffordable. From what I’ve read, it’s typically very difficult to be released from your ED contract.</p>
