What intrigues you? Tell us about one work of art, scientific achievement, piece of literature, method of communication, or place in the world (a film, book, performance, website, event, location, etc.), and explain its significance to you. (1500 characters)

My pen (basically about writing)
Marilyn Monroe
Harvey Milk
Broadway/theatre district
Struck by Lightning

Which one should I address?
They all appeal to me equally. Are people like Monroe and Milk even acceptable?

All people are acceptable - what matters is not the person, but how you approach the topic and what it tells about you. They don’t care about another person, they care about you, but it can’t be “like x, I am strong, smart, and interesting”. :p
