Has anyone received the traditional thick packet of acceptance papers via regular mail? I'm not talking about email/mail invites?

Totally OT: There's an excellent documentary called "China Blue", by Micha Peled.

To answer your question: nope. They'll arrive around Apr 1st.

ok good because I was accepted (LSP) and reserved my spot at the beginning of the month but have yet to recieve anything. I was beginning to think I had done something wrong.

Yeah, I agree China Blue was pretty badass

I was wondering, too, because my letter didn't give a date. I was hoping it would come earlier to distract me from other admissions anxiety!

/\
I second this. The wait is killing me, especially since I understand the FA offered is... problematic... Gotta appreciatte the early notification, though :-)

definitely it has given me the oppurtunity to weight the options! But I'm still concered with aid because evern though I'm going I want to have the oppurtunity to appeal.

the wait is so stressful, its all ive been thinking about.

your talking about the open house thing, right???
and ughhh that fear that i did something wrong, or an email got lost in cyberspace or a letter got lost in the mail :[[

^no I'm talking about my official acceptance letter. You see, we LSP'er were sent a package sayinge we were accepted into the LSP program, but because it was not our first choice we have to go on the NYU website and confirm that we would like to recieve an official offer of admission. So I did all that and they told me I would recieve something in the mail shortly, but it has already been like two weeks so I was beginning to worry, but it seems like everything is ok.

They said they're gonna send it around April 1st.

A lot of my friends got a letter from Stern saying that their acceptance letters were "on the way," does that mean anyone who didnt get that letter was rejected/waitlisted? What do you guys think?

Btw, Niralimag, how did ur admission to Stern go? Did you apply ED?

Yes, I did get accepted, thanks for the harsh criticism haha, lol

Congratulations everyone who was accepeted and I am sure that mail is coming soon, congrats and great job on all the hard work you guys.
