hi,

my name is alexander. basically i want to go to a good film school. want to be a director. my dream school is NYU, however i dont know how big a reach it is. my sats are alright and my gpa is good with a really tough/ full course load. I just dont know if it is enough. Besides nyu im looking at BU, temple, desales, and the savanah college of art and design.

money is an issue, becuase im not rich. And since i can go to temple for free (my mom works for the hospital) even if i got into nyu, the 40,000 tution is way too much. so this is two part: Can i get into NYU? And if i can, can i get any money coming my way with fincial aid (parents make under $120 K) or merit.

*also does anyone know anything about temple's film program... i have heard so many different things, some say upgrading, some say downsizing, some say it doesnt exist. anybody? becuase i have also considered just doing undergrad at temple and then maybe go to nyu for graduate.
