I’m in the same boat! Got into BU but waiting on NYU for CAS English. I’m really hoping next week is our week.

still waiting on CAS …getting so antsy! ! Question tho, I applied to NYU in high school, ended up withdrawing after ED’ing to another school. Right now, my financial aid status says 2017, the year I previously applied. Does anyone else have this? looking for any sign of hope lol. (I am also able to see my student ID in Bursar @ everyone else saying the same)

anyone else apply to umich but was told to reapply for the next available term & to keep building upon a strong academic performance ?? i know this is an nyu thread but umich is a great school too so maybe you guys applied?
@OhMyWhataName @pdr5280 it looks like the Tisch admissions are rolling out slowly. I have been checking the waitlist thread as well. What departments in Tisch did you apply to?

another very nervous tisch transfer here! i applied to drama. has anyone heard anything? I know historically the decisions usually come out today so i’m kind of freaking out!

ADMITTED TO TANDON SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING!!! Best day of my life so far. Submitted app 3/23, checklist completed on 3/30 (I was only missing one recommendation letter, my other checklists was completed on 3/23), then checklist went blank today and got an email at about 1:30 PM PST. Transferring from a WA state CC, most likely will be accepting and attending in the Fall! Good luck to all of you and congrats to those who were also admitted

@dramatransfer Yeah that is the same reason I’m freaking out too haha - so far I dont think anyone has heard back from tisch but I could be wrong

how would you know if you’re on a good track to getting accepted? lol kind of nervous. my last name is towards the end of the alphabet so im not sure if they go according to last names.
@eniracunamakiotu Admissions is such a complicated thing, there’s really no way to know. Even when your checklist disappears or you get a financial aid link for 2020 there’s no sure way of knowing.
@kmalin hi, my boyfriend applied both Umich and NYU, and he got accepted from umich but still waiting for NYU. Econ major. Hope this can help you.
