NYU Transfer Fall 2021

I don’t think so. MCC applicants usually hear a bit later. However, NYU is not very consistent, so you never know.

Wait, are you saying ALL cas acceptances are out? When?

No, I’m assuming they meant that the only people who have gotten accepted so far seem to be CAS students. I’m a CAS applicant and haven’t heard back yet.

?? I applied CAS and haven’t got any decisions yet and where can I find that 7% acceptance rate figure?

Not tryna tackle you but 7% is like ivy school transfer acceptance rate.

I did mean that the only people with results so far have been CAS applicants, I’m not speaking for the entire school

Gotcha. Ty.

True. It’s become very competitive. Let’s just hope that their transfer acceptance rate is higher

I had a question. For anyone who submitted their SAT scores, did you just report them via common app or did you also sent them offical scores through collegeboard

Sent through College Board.

how do you know that CAS applicants have heard? where is this info from? no one on this thread has heard anything besides like 1 person

Other people that I follow that go to NYU were CAS applicants – similarly, they’re on the subreddit, too.

could we then say that the acceptances have ended and those who have not heard will be rejected ?

I wouldn’t say that’s safe to assume at all, nor is it very optimistic. Those are just people I know that have heard, it’s entirely possible there are more.

just find it so weird that no one from this thread has heard anything… doubt that everyone here will be rejected

I didn’t submit my SAT through Collegeboard. Do you think that is ok. Would that work or should i submit it through collegeboard. Moreover, kafferj, were the ones who got accepted to CAS also external transfers or were they majorly internal?

All internal

Hmm. That makes more sense.

Guys is it ok to just report SAT Scores through Common app or is it necessary to do so through Collegeboard

It sure. I did College Board because I retook SAT and didn’t have scores when filling out common app.
