NYU [Transfer Student]

<p>I'm currently a freshmen in college. I go to a community college in San Diego, and I want to get into NYU. Are there any requirements I should be aware of? (besides having an awesome GPA, extracurriculars, work experience) and would i be looked down upon because I started out at a community college?</p>
