My Personal essay is really great. I talk about why I had to leave my country and explained my challenge in different educational system in the U.S.

<p>Quick question for those who are apparently missing documents. Did you guys send in material a week before the deadline or weeks before? I’ve found that the closer to the deadline you send in material, the greater the chance it will get lost in the clusterf**k of mail arriving at the same time.</p>
<p>Either way they should be well prepared for that, right? I’m pretty sure they should be highly anticipating that kind of situation… I handed in my ginormous packet complete with all supporting materials to the welcome center in person on April 1st</p>

<p>Aussiegbrl/ I sent my package(3 LEtter of Recommendation, High school transcript, College Transcript) on Mar 31st. It arrived NYU on Apr 1st since I live in NY.
When I called them they said my high school transcript was missing. Then they were looking for my folder again then it was in folder.</p>
<p>I sent in all my documents a day before the deadline (from Boston), and I used Fedex’s overnight service so it REACHED them before deadline, even though I do know that it only had to be “postmarked” before the 1st. I called them 3 days later to make that sure my documents had reached and they said everything was in order.</p>
