NYU transfer to USC?

<p>Hi, I will be starting as a freshman in NYU this fall...however, I really really wanted to go to USC but was rejected.</p>

<p>Is completing one year at NYU competitive enough for transfer to USC?
How many credits would be sufficient?</p>
