NYU Transfer

I’m currently in my first semester of my freshman year in a city college and trying to transfer to NYU during my sophomore year. I’m doing pretty well in my classes almost all As, never went down to 80s in terms of tests, although I’m taking basic classes like sociology101, english 110, econ 102, psych 101.
So I just had a couple questions.

  1. Can I apply as an undecided major? Or would I have a higher chance of getting in if I decided on a major
  2. Does NYU have a pre-med program? And if they do, can I I apply directly for the premed program as I transfer?

I’d love to be a part of this school so any recommendations or advices in terms of transferring, information about NYU etc I would really really appreciate it!

The vast majority of schools do NOT have a premed program. You have to fulfill premed requirements. Be aware the Med School costs a LOT. The recommended advice is to limit costs for your undergrad degree in that case since you’ll be borrowing for the Med School. NYU is not a good choice in that case.
