<p>I have just graduated with undergraduate majors in both Art History and Spanish. I am applying to NYU, UT Austin and University of New Mexico for their Latin American Studies programs. Does anyone have any thoughts on how their programs stack up against eachother?</p>

<p>UT Austin is head and shoulders stronger than the other two. Given your interest in art history, you might also want to look at UW-Madison and UC-Berkeley, but of the programs you mentioned, Austin is by far the best.</p>
<p>Whatever you do, you probably want to stay away from Madison for Spanish.</p>
