NYU vs. Georgetown, UNC Chapel Hill, Emory

Hey guys
Just looking for people's opinions or any general advice that people may have.
Right now I'm still looking at NYU - Stern Scholars /w 10K scholarship, Georgetown - McDonough, UNC Chapel Hill, and Emory. As much as I realize that NYU is probably my best choice considering the location and things such as internship opportunities and experience (and the money), I can't help but feel unsure and somewhat scared about going to NYU (not physically scared for my safety or anything, just scared and uncertain). Money isn't that big of an issue for me. My parents will be paying for college and they can cover the costs without too much difficulty, but if possible I'd always like to save them some money. Since I live in Atlanta, I'm basically ruling Emory out because I want to experience something different, get a bit away from home. I really liked all three campuses (NYU, Georgetown, and UNC) when I visited them both times. I'm planning on going as a Finance/Intl. Business major. I've done my research involving starting salaries and know that NYU leads the pack, but there's still that uncertainty lingering in the back of my mind. Anyone else have such a feeling? Any ideas? Advice?

I really wouldn't mind UNC considering it has a good B program, I could pay in-state after a year (always nice to save my parents money), and its a traditional campus and school. NYU - I like it being a non-traditional campus and non-traditional school, but the same thing that makes me like it is what makes me afraid of it.

Sorry about the long post, I've just been trying to decide for nearly a week and a half now, and I just can't seem to get any closer to making a decision. Hopefully, I'll be decided by April 26th, I've set that as my personal deadline...

I dont know, but I am being a little biased and Im saying go to Stern. You obviously want to major in business and you listed what you want to double major in and I believe Stern is #2 in both of those majors.

If you plan on doing business, it is inherit that there are risks involved with success. If you aren't willing to take the risk of going to NYC (which seems to be your dilemna) then you might question if you really want to do business cause you are being timid I think. After graduating, if you still plan on doing business, NYC will be the place where you will work if you want to reach your true potential and have the most possibilities for great success.

I am not trying to sound like an a-hole but I am just telling you what I think

Stern offers you the best package out of all the schools you are considering. Scholars is awesome and as you well know NYU is known for its finance and international business program. you should attend.

did GTown give you a scholarship? One of my friends last year got 20k from Stern and 25K from GTown. She went there and has regretted it ever since. However, I do hear GTown is amazing in getting recruiters on campus. Not sure why, but supposedly all the companies go there.
