NYU vs UCLA (OOS)

<p>Both of these schools are very similar in many respects. They are both large school; however, one is public and one is private. They are both located in/near major cities. The price for both schools are very similar. I received some grant from NYU and very little from UCLA. So money is not a factor.</p>

<p>Criteria that is important in my decision:
*Good academic programs
*College experience
*Research opportunities
*Student Body
*Profesors</p>

<p>Better academic programs: NYU
College Experience: UCLA
Research Opportunities: TIE
Student Body: UCLA
Professors: UCLA</p>

<p>UCLA is the winner in my opinion… =)</p>

<p>What are you going to school for? </p>

<p>In my opinion I would choose NYU because although they are both large schools UCLA is a state school and at the end of the day if I was going there I would feel more like a number and less like a student. NYU may be large but there is great oppurtunity for personal attention if you seek it out.</p>
