I have been accepted to NYU, USC and University of Toronto for the following majors:
NYU- LSP, applied for CAS psychology
USC- Psychology + pre-law, hoping for a forensics and criminality minor
U of T- Mississauga campus, Forensic Psychology

I have done research but am still confused as to which school has the better psychology program and reputation.

I am an international student so pricing is similar for all three schools, so it would be best if your opinions were independent of the prices and more on the school's ability in aiding my pursuit of getting into a grad school in the future. Furthermore, could you please talk about the pros and cons?

so i don’t know that much … don’t get too excited…
I know nothing about toronto
LSP is usually considered to be a slightly lesser program compared to some of the other NYU majors - I THINK you graduate with the same final degree but having the LSP classes can make it a little harder to get a minor or double major (don’t quote me on that - i think i read it some where)
USC and NYU are academically very similar - USC has slightly better ratings overall but not enough that it should impact where you can get into grad schools.
Honestly, when you are looking at 2 schools this close academically, the grades you get and what you do with your 4 years is what will make or break grad school acceptances.
Plus for USC is your don’t have to worry about LSP making a minor difficult and USC has a real campus
Plus for NYU: I’m probably going to be there - so basically its the best school ever
Good luck making a decision :)

Hi, I live in Toronto and I can tell you that if you wanted to go back to U.S after you complete your study here, don’t come. I dont believe it would do you any better even when U of T is a better school , most importantly , U of T is known for taking their chance on high scool students who dont have a very high mark, HOWEVER, you slack off… you get KICKED out. Period, so it really depends on what kind person you are.

Hope it helps mate, although i am not an expert in admissions (grade 11 currently)
