<p>Hi i've accepted a spot on the waitlist and decided that I wanted to pursue law and polisci rather than business and finance, which means I would be opting for CAS over Stern. Would this have any bearing on my acceptance? Please note this is a genuine interest change and not a "I didn't get into Stern so I'll go to CAS" underhanded maneuver. I am just wondering if there are any fringe benefits.</p>
<p>Furthermore, does anyone have any idea what the acceptance rate is for NYU's waitlist as well as how financial aid would be for waitlist acceptees (because I realize that NYU does it on a "how much we want you" basis).</p>
