I'll also be applying to Boston U, Fordham, Northeastern, Pace, and wherever else I can decide on in the next few months.

GRACIAS!

apply to U.Delaware as a safety at elast, its a good school. Northeastern sucks, its business program is like third tier. If you want business stuff then at least apply to Bently or Babson if its a school in the north east you want. If you want broad subject but strong busines then thats a different story. But seriously, Northeastern is over rated. They have a decent engineering department but thats it.

and NYU is going to be a real reach, but you should shoot for it, there is a chance.

The fact that you applied ED is really going to help you a lot. I applied ED to Gallatin with similar credentials but my GPA is a bit higher. Let me know how it goes for you if you can!

Thanks, will do. My GPA sucks because of math. Yuck. Good luck to you!

i love your essay.

I'm not math person myself so don't fret. I'm glad to finally find someone on this forum who I relate to on an academic level.

Thanks to twinkle, and thanks to you too. I would have to agree!

You're applying to Fordham too? Rose Hill or Lincoln Center?

Definitely Lincoln Center. I'm in a Manhattan state of mind.

The Bronx campus doesn't sound too bad, actually, but I have this stubborn fascination with Manhattan.

How about you?

Lincoln Center for me too. I'm all about Manhattan, it just appeals to me more than the Bronx does.

Awesome. I hope we end up at the same place, whether it be LC or NYU.

I agree. Best of luck to you with everything! I hope you get what you want.

You also. I'll keep in touch when I get a response :)

I'll do the same (anyday now aaahh!). By the way, thanks for your support. See ya

Your grades and SAT scores are below the NYU average especially for this years class. (average SAT 1400+ and gpa 3.88 for ED unweighted) Then again I got in with stats below average so everyone has a shot. Your essay was pretty good but I don't know if it will be enough.
Good Luck

Thanks for the input. Are you sure the stats you gave were for the whole school and not just Stern?

Stats for admitted CAS students were just about the same and I assumed that was where you were applying to. That is what makes this years Freshmen class so amazing, all the applicants have finally caught up to the Stern kids and the overall quality of applications from school to school was so strong. For those that applied to Stern their application had to be just about perfect
Good luck

Oy vay. That's not good.

I'm applying to Steinhardt, if that helps. I've been told that this is not as selective as CAS (although not far off).

I don't like the sound of that. If that is really the case I may be in trouble.
