O monologues

So I pretty much have my song and back-up song selections picked out, i'm just having trouble finding a monologue. I only know of one play that has a dramatic monologue that I would like to do...but i'd rather stick with comedy because that's what i'm best at. Anyone know of any contemporary plays that have comedic monologues for men ages 16-19?

Go to the library and find monologue books. Those are nice because you don't have to read through the whole play to find one monologue. When you do find the monologue you want to do, I highly suggest finding the whole script and reading it.

You could even ask your theater teacher/mentor if they know of any good ones

There are also a few monologue sites on the the internet. Just make sure that you pick one from a play, not a "stand-alone" monologue.

Here are some sites that may be useful! Just make sure it's from a play, and that you read it the play it's from. Good luck!!
