Does anyone know when the OA and CA forms are due?

June 30th, but they say they'll probably fill up before then.

yeah, there's a list that you can view when you register for OA and there's already 350ish.

Hey, I'm doing OA and I signed up last night. There's almost 380 already! There's still time to sign up, but they do fill up rather fast!

Who else is doing OA?

me! :) I'm pretty excited. what did you pick as your first choice? I picked the canoeing/backpacking one--sounds like sooo much fun, although really, any of them would be fine for me (except staying on the camp grounds one).

How do you get your university ID? They ask you to search for yourself and they say it's at the end of your listing, but it's my NetID that is at the end of the listing and the university ID is a 9-digit number...

I realised that the university ID is not needed for submission :)

Me too! Anything non-rock-climbing will be fine for me (it freaks me out...), but I'm crossing my fingers for the canoeing trip.

I didn't realize there was a list of people going to OA on the website until the person known here as APDoolittle showed me. Call me paranoid, but I think that list should be protected by a netID & password field.

You can't search for the applicant page, if that makes it any better...?

If anyone still has the url floating around (maybe APDoolittle?), could you PM it to me? There were two copies of my name after I submitted my application, and I emailed Princeton about it, but they never responded. I'd like to see if the error got fixed or not. Thanks :)

Got it! Thanks a bunch Kjoodles and sky9073 : ))

Haha... sorry I got to this page a little late. I'm glad you got it though, skysongx.

Soooo, who here has a facebook? PM me your names - I'd like to know my fellow CCers!!

waitt - how do u find the list???

That's your Social Security Number they're asking for. (If you're international, they gave you a 9-digit ID number)

I signed up for OA because I've never gone "real" camping before (I've done some campsite camping and day hiking) - and I plan to be involved in volunteering/comm service work in college anyway, so I figured I try a new experience instead of CA.

My top three choices were backpacking/rock climbing, backpacking/canoeing, and backpacking. I'm a bit apprehensive because I've gotten out of shape since swim season ended... and I'm a little wary about the no-showers-for-a-week and carrying-really-heavy-looking-backpacks thing, but it should be fun. =)

Oh, I didn't put my SSN...I tried putting my id, but it wouldn't let me, so I just left it blank.

Anyways If you search for a person who signed up for OA on google, it'll post a link to the page with all the ppl who have applied so far. Yep, I've tried it. I wish there was a list of all the incoming freshmen somewhere....
