<p>I've narrowed it down to Oberlin and Knox--my main reason for applying to both of them is their creative programs. Does anyone know which college/program is stronger?</p>
<p>I don’t know about the specific programs. However, I do know that only about 15% of people end up majoring in what they think they will major in when they enter college. So I would take a look at the overall strength of the colleges as well. On that count I believe Oberlin is stronger hands down.</p>
<p>My daughter applied to both, got into both, and Knox is very similar in its creative writing program (superb) but I do believe Oberlin is stronger over all. I think Knox is super isolated as well.</p>
<p>Oberlin’s program is very well-known nationally, and its graduates are regularly accepted into the best graduate programs in creative writing. (I don’t know anything about Knox, sorry.)</p>
