Oblique Drawings.

Can someone take a look at my oblique drawings and tell me if they look okay? They look really weird to me. :(

Thanks.

lol at you covering your name. I know who you are. The drawings look nice

Ack, I hated drawing obliques. Those look correct, and they're drawn very well.

Oh. Are they correct?

By the way, I didn't cover my name with my cellphone. I put my phone there, because the fan was blowing it while I was trying to capture the picture. I didn't even write my name on that paper with the multi views. Also, on the drawing paper, I didn't mean to cover my name with the multi view paper. I just wanted to keep everythign close so I can take a picture of it. :)

Thanks. I like drawing isometric more.

I can't guarentee they're correct, but nothing jumps out. The only small thing I can see is the top right one's (with the hole it in) base looks a little too long. Depending on how strict the graders are they may or may not take off a point.

Damn. You're right. I measured it again, and it's too long. I'll try to fix it.

http://www.personal.psu.edu/gqn5003/asdfasdf.htm

Okay. I fixed it. I forgot the cut in the hole too.

The cut in the hole? Are you talking about that little bit in the back that gives it depth? I'm disappointed in myself for missing that, too then, haha.

The measurement looks much better now.

Looks fine. Could I ask what course requires you to do obliques? I haven't drawn one since doing a pre-CAD course in high school.

We had to do them in my basic freshman engineering class.

Engineering Design - could be called something else at other schools. Basically an introduction to CAD and drawing 3-d objects.

Yeah. Engineering Design and Graphics. We also do design projects that require us to build working protypes and test it out. We do CAD, graphics, and a lot of other stuff. It's a really fun class. It's a required engineering class for first year.

If anyone has the time, please look at this sectional view drawing. Are there any problems with it? It seems too simple for a 25 point question on an exam.

By the way, this will be the last one I have to draw besides my second exam for this class.
