<p>I really like Stony brook , but I am a little unsure about the occupational therapy program, which is the program I am most interested in.</p>
<p>At all of the other schools I am applying to, the program is five years and begins the first semester of freshman year. However, stony brook's program doesn't begin until the third year and you have to apply to it, which is kind of unnerving!</p>
<p>I do know that SBU is known for health sciences... But i havent heard anything ever about the OT program, good or bad, so it makes me nervous to jump into the program without really knowing anything about it...</p>
<p>Does anyone have any advice on how the program is, and if it would be better to go to a school known for health sciences even though the program doesn't begin right away?</p>
