The last Science section of questions was pure Physics...I wish I read ahead and finished that section first, because I took regular Physics already and am taking Physics AP right now....GOD DAMNIT

the science section was a little itch, but the part on the bog and fen seemed pretty easy >_<..damn you graphs lol

hahaha that bog and fen crud was whack

oh the bog stuff was pretty easy

Wow, CCers are some of the smartest kids in the country, and they are saying that they dd terribly on this section. I thought this section wasn't that bad. I felt I did pretty well on this section and that almost all of the questions could be figured outI'm going to have to ask my friends what they thought of this section.

Everyone from my high school didnt do so well on math or science, they were all venting about math in the hall when my classroom still had 5 minutes left,
really helped the concentration
gruff

It seemed pretty general that at the 5 minute time call everyone was only around half done for science

yeah, when the called the 5 minutes I think I had like 15 questions left. Science is going to kill my composite score

i hope someone kicks the ACT in the **** for this science section <_< lol

unstandarized difficulty on diff. ACT tests

Anyone remember a part with the chromosomes with options Rr Tt, RR TT, rr tt and stuff like that?

"A" 10char....

Rr Tt 10char

ya.......Rr Tt

I don't remember having the Rr Tt question on my test...?

omg, i cant believe i got the last one right!
Umm, what was the answers to the whole first section?
Cause i felt like somehow i was analyzing the graphs all wrong.

I thought 2 sections were really hard. The rest was actually pretty good.

There wasn't a conflicting sciences section was there? If there was, remind me what it was about, because im just not remembering.

The chromosomes questions were strange. I don't know how the answer can be Rr Tt... that goes against everyone I learned in biology.

bigtwix ..
basically for that whole passage a positive delta t showed heat being absorbed and a negative delta t showed heat being released. If you understood that, you probably understood the questions. The only thing I thought might be tricky for people is the ..

As LiCl concentration increases: this is hard because you want to look for LOW amounts of water, because the less water added, the more concentrated the solution have. I'm assuming a lot of people saw big numbers and just marked down the wrong answer ... anyways i forgot what i put but ya.

btw .. what was the rr and tt or Rr and Tt or w/e it was ... ?

something about crossing over...."RT and rt becomes what" when crossing over or something...i forget the exact question

what if.. no one ends up with 30's?

can we like complain
UGHHHH science is making me ANGRY

maybe we can all say sth and they'll do sth about it?????????

i did a couple of practice tests and this was 10 times harder than any of my practice tests.

babe ..

The ACT is made so that a certain percent of test takers will always have a certain score. They realize (hopefully) when a test is harder and compensate with a more lenient curve. Although, it is a scary thought to miss so many .. it's best not to panic and just take the test again and cross your fingers for an easy science test
