Oct 5 essay helppppp

So I took the SAT yesterday and got the prompt "Is too much info about public figures distracting us from main issues?"
I agree and arrange these 3 examples
1, a politician's bribery : people focus on his private life rather than the seriousness of the crime
2, my school's student union's president campaigne, a rumor about a candidate distract everyone from the voting and stuffs
3, a character in a book who is superstar but everyone cares about her mysterious life than her ability and achievements.

So do all those 3 examples serve to explain "main issues"?? Cause I'm having second thought about "main issues" meaning governmental, environmental and big important problems :(

Please helppppppp

Anyone please ???
I’m freaking out here :(

nahhh!! I think you are fine… relax

If those are hypothetical examples, they would not provide the solid evidence the graders want. My prompt was on privacy and I wrote on Oskar Schindler and Lance Armstrong. Specific people, books, or inventions all serve well.

Yup I wrote about specific examples, I just don’t wanna list the name out :))
So you guys think my essay is fine huh?
What a relief !

i wrote tht by not concerning to public opinions it usually led to disasters iam i right ? ? is it relevant to tht assignment ? ?

I think the prompt meant you to analyse if too much information as in unnecessary info would hinder you in focussing on what is really important to you. I just wonder
