Oct 8th SAT I curve predictions?

Today's SAT was the third (and probably the last) time I'll be taking the SAT. Compared to the previous two SATs I took, I thought today's was definitely harder. How much harder? Not quite sure, but I'm just praying for a lenient curve on CR (and hopefully M). What did you guys think of the CR and M compared to other tests? Do you think the M curve will be any more lenient or about that same? For some reason, I thought today's M section was harder than the others I took (March, May). CR--the passages were not very friendly.. o well. So, how many wrong for a 750, 700, 650, etc.? Any predictions?!

Kudos to all who have survived the test.. now all we need to survive is the score reports!

I deffienltly agree. The math section seemed much harder than March and May, and the blue book. Some of the CR passages were decent, but the MLK and the acting passages killed me.

Does anyone agree??

I really hope that the curve is lenienant. Everone at my test center thought that the CR passage questions were extremely difficult I agree. I would not be surprised if 6 wrong (-8 raw) was a 750, but I am just being optimistic because I am praying for a 700+ and I omitted a couple (4) and got some wrong (2 that I know of now, but I think that there were more). Maybe 12 wrong would be a 700? I have no idea and am just trying to think positively though.

math was easy for me... like that last question before the gridins with the graph, i had to triple check that cause it looked so easy. I only didn't get one quesiton, that last one on grid in with the rectangle + triangle.. CUrsES

12 wrong 700?
no way
I wish but... 6 worng would be 700... i mean -8 raw scores

as I said, I was hoping :) anyways you could definitly get more than 6 wrong for 700 with this test (actually its not that rare for 6 wrong to be in the neighborhood of 700). But I agree. I change that to 8 wrong.

I know I got 3 wrong and 1 omit on the math. No chance in that being a 750 or higher? (Yeah, I doubt it too :() CR was way to hard.. I think I should check myself into community college now.. ugh..

well they better have an easy curve for reading... i need it!

oh my gosh... I thought I was the only who thought the critical reading was hard... do you guys think that acting one is the experimental?? cus that was like the only thing i understood = don't ask, I don't know how my head works

This is my third (and final) time testing and both times so far I got a 730 CR... first time I missed 6, second time I missed 5. So -6 or -7 for a 700 isn't too unreasonable.

I actually thought the math was the easiest of the three times I've taken it, but before today I have 790M and 800M scores so I think it's all pretty easy. I'm guessing -1 might be an 800. Maybe.

Predict for CR how many wrong to get a score of 650? I though the CR was pretty hard ...

These threads are dumb. Every time people make predictions saying it was hard, and every time they are wrong.

bump..............

i think the M curve will be lenient... for the May test i had raw score of 50= 750.. and I think the test today will be the same
maybe 800,800,790,770,750

Based on today's testing in Math, how many could one miss (leave blank) with 4 MC wrong and 2 grid-ins wrong, and still get at least a 610 in Math?

I pray for that curve. If so I might be able to get a 750 math.

Anyone???? Thanks :)

I need a big curve in CR and pray that section 7 of math was the experimental.

I pray the that Martin Luther King one was Experimental. I did not answer 14 questions total for CR. CR was the only section I did really bad on.

I totally agree this is the hardest test. CR in March was easy, then... I started freaking out during this test reading the passages.

Sylense, I'm sorry but I don't think the MLK one was experimental. I had an extra math section, and I read that :(

I know how you feel.. I was literally picturing what my future would look like: community college. My life literally flashed before my eyes
