Oct 8th SAT I curve predictions?

petersreid

Math curve. Hard on us or the material being difficult? If it was the material being difficult, the sentence of a difficult math section being an experimental doesn't make sense. Anyway, my best friend told me her easiest math section was experimental.

I have a good idea...how about we wait 2 weeks to receive our scores and stop the mindless speculation of curves. We know CR was hard, so don't expect a harsh curve. On math, the curve is always harsh, so lets leave it be.

dude if u want to be a hater dont come into this thread. I think its pretty obvious from the title of the thread that people will be guessing the curve. Whats wrong with that if u have a problem with it just dont click on the thread.

zomg i need hope for math TT. I don't care about verbal or writing. T_T Hooooooooope. What would 4 wrong 1 omit be? any guesses?

690-710 probably

48 raw score would probably be about a 690...maybe a 700 with a good curve though :)

on the old SAT, I got 7 wrong on Math and still got 690, so 48 raw should be more than that.

I think will be around 700. =] 6 wrongs and 690 in March!

hmmmm....how is the writing curve? no one is really talking about it. I don't know if I specifically got any wrong but I'm sure i got at least 3 wrong. With a 10-12 essay, could that be 740+?

JTC007, i thought i was the only one worrying about the writing. the essay was easier this time at least. the sucky thing is that i thought the math was easy as pie but i've already gotten an 800 on that section. the other two sections which i want higher scores on were harder. my guidance counselor told me that the admissions officers weren't going to worry about the writing portion that much for our year (2006). i hope he's right. anyone else NEED to get into upenn?
