***October 10, 2009 SAT Subject test thread***

Post in guys!!!

I'm really excited about my exam!

I have a feeling I’m going to fail the Math II exam even though I’ve been studying for a month

Same. It’s been 2 years since I took alg II/trig. After 2 years of calc my first instinct is to derive everything >.>
I forget all the alg II specific stuff like matrices and whatnot. Friday night I’m gonna pull out the barron’s and pr, and spend like 5 hours reviewing. I need this 800. What kind of kid takes Multivariate and can’t get an 800 on this?

I can’t seem to remember sequences, series, and solid geometry even though they’re probably the most basic problems on the test. grrrrr I hate thinking everything is a calculus problem

i’m actually so nervous. I have a unit test on thurs, a unit test and a chapter test on fri, then the mufcking SAT subject on sat. Great fing way to lead into thanksgiving.

I’m so ****ed. I’m getting 600s on Barron’s math lvl2. My only solace is that I somehow got 710 on my last barron.

@ Bilguun, do you have any of those tests on the computer that you could dsend to me? All I’ve had so far are the sparknotes tests, which apparently are a lot easier than the actual SAT II

How should I cram for USH?

bio and physics gahhh

math ii and french!!! so worried about both…

Physics, Chemistry and Maths II. Atm I feel a little under-prepared for Physics,.

feel good about us history, nervous as all hell for lit. i just hope i make it out of the test center alive…

If I were you I would go to Barnes & Noble buy the SAT US History exam book and read it like its your bible!

I have a question though…Would it be better to get a score of 750-800 on the Math 1 exam or to get a 650-700 or so on the Math 2??

I’ve heard that the Math 2 test percentiles are actually really tough

I am taking Spanish and Literature…a little bit nervous, tbh.

Math 2, Physics, USH. USH and Physics llok good but I’m unsure about Math 2 'cause Barron’s is so hard. >.>

Chem. aah!

all nighter tonight…

chemistry… wish u all good luck!

math and bio! all nighter too! sigh
yep and goodluck to everyone!~

Well Im hoping Bio is will be as easy as the collegeboard pracitce questions are. However, I heard the curve was very unsupportive on the Bio test.

For those of you taking Math II and using Barrons as prep, keep in mind that their tests are much harder than the real thing. When I took those practice tests I struggled to get my score over 680, however on the real thing I got a 800. So relax, barron’s math II is outrageoulsy unrealistic (but hey, rather prepare with difficulty than simplicity).
