Anyone? :\
Not sure if many people would have taken this test in October...

I have. I thought the test was a little easier than I thought it would be, but there were some unusual questions.

I’m taking it tomorrow :

good luck everyone!

easier?!?! oh dear, I thought it was a lot HARDER!! :

good luck, pianofish! :)

Indeed there were unusual questions…>.<

some of the questions were just so lengthy…it was almost like doing a comprehension…lol

this is even harder than barron tests !

This physics test was ridiculously hard I have to say…harder than sparknotes, barrons, and princeton review practice test combined :(

maybe I was wrong…

Yeah, for sure it wasn’t easy. What sort of conversion scale do you think would be used for a difficulty level such as this one ? I mean, Barrons’ tests require a 65+ out of 75 for a scaled 800 or 790 (which i found comfortable). The conversion curves for today’s test ought to be a lot more lenient!

i think it should be definitely more lenient! 55 out of 75 should be 750 for sure…
When can we discuss answer???

Oh boy…now that’s encouraging… answers ? well well…not until the ridiculous ‘embargo’ is lifted… Probably in another week or so i expect ?

anyways the curve will be lenient for sure from my perspective and since not a lot of people take physics sat II

I left 2 out, and probably got 6 wrong.

Can anybody tell me what my raw score would be, please?

Hmm…a valid point there… by the way, were you able to finish the paper on time ? Here, thankfully enough, it was possible to give the finishing touches to my physics answer sheet after completing my chemistry with 15 minutes to spare … ;-)

I do agree that the test was very hard. Usually I complete Barron’s, PR, Sparknote’s test 5-10 mins before the time is over. But Today I missed 4-5 questions (I can’t even remember the correct number as I ran out of time), and after the test I discussed the problems with one of my friends, who also took the test, and found several mistakes…
I am really freaking out…I almost never missed 800 in my practice tests. :(

I think (and hope) that the curve will be mostly the same, if not more lenient, as the official blue book. So ~63 should be 800.

@badrakhandaman : your raw score would be 71.5 ~ 72 i suppose ?
i.e. 75 - 2 - 6*0.25 = 71.5 … round that off to 72…

How could you give that “finishing touch”??? Isn’t it cheating? I had 10 mins left in chemistry and 10 minutes in math II as well, but I think that I could not move to Physics as it was strictly prohibited by the test administrator.

How much do you think I will get with 7 omitted and -20?

^ probably like 670, 680…
