I know I missed the absolute value inequality question and the dice question, so with a minus 2, what would my score be. I am hoping for something like a 770-760, is that possible or is it more like a 740-730.

Anyone got an idea what the curve will be like for each section.

I think

Math:
770
750
730
…

CR (hopefully):
800
800
790
770
…

Writing (no idea)

Most likely a 740-750

gosh, is the math curve really that unrelenting.

-2 is normally 770 give or take 20

Yea
In March, I got a 770 with 1 wrong
In April, I got a 730 with 3 wrong but that test was super hard

Today’s math section was the easiest out of all three so I’m assuming the curve to start at 770

The dice question at the end got me for math. That will definitely make the curve -1 800

@AttackPak, well hopefully what you think is easy is actually difficult, although I too found it kind of easy excluding the two I missed, anyways hopefully I can get a 770 somehow.

My only optimism is that last time I left two blank and got three wrong and still got a 700 so there may be some hope.

haha I hope you are write alihaq, but a lot of people seemed to get that dice question so I won’t be so optimistic.

Anyone think that -2 in CR will be an 800? I missed two dumb sentence completions, which I thought were harder than usual.

Predicting that -1 math will be 780, there were some tricky questions out there (the dice one) and others that just made you think.

Passages for CR were easier IMO than March of last year, but the vocab was annoying so I expect an average curve for that.

what does an average curve look like

http://www.erikthered.com/tutor/SAT-Released-Test-Curves.pdf

What score would a -2 and a 10/11 essay give me for Writing?

I thought the M was harder than usual, to be honest. I messed up the dice one I think, so hopefully -1 is only a 780 or 790.

Anybody care to do a full CR curve prediction? Not everyone here is in that 0-3 wrong group, I think I got between 6 and 8 wrong, and I’m sure it’d be helpful to those of us who aren’t getting 800’s.

Okay I am super confused about how the curve works can someone-anyone-explain it to me?!

Guys I have a question about raw score. If it ends in .5, is it rounded up or down? For example, 52.5 = 53 or 52?

rounded up, truffliepuff

800
800
800
770
750
730
710

would be my prediction for CR curve
