tHERE WAS a question on LeChatelier’s Principle
Something about the concentration of CO2. I pikced that one that talked about increasing the temperature.

any guesses on what the curve is going to look this time?

Also, does anyone have any idea what the score chart is for SAT Chemistry? Like the conversion of Raw Scoring to ___/800? Thanks in advance

Another question, sorry
can anybody explain to me the curve of the SatSubjects? Does the curve change for the same sat test everytime. If so…why? Isn’t the same/similar test?

yeah i got temperature fo rthat question, questions96. lol

for the lechatelier’s principle… i picked the one about doubling one of the reactants and halving CO2 (since it was a product)
… unless i’m talking about a different question because i seriously can’t remember which ones were which, lol

What did everyone get for the question with the civet method (?)

What is the Civet Method.

For the collecting gas over water, wouldn’t it just be H2 because oxygen is more soluble in water?

Also for the pressure is proportional to total moles of gas because the pressure exerted by a gas is independent of other gases in the container is it TTCE?

I think I put TTCE for that one as well

…what do you mean by the civet method?

oxygen is more soluble than hydrogen (think of the fish), yes, but it is still far from being 100% soluble in water. I’m pretty sure oxygen is commonly collected by water displacement in labs, since the solubility is negligible.

oh I put TTCE for that but I’m not sure if it’s right…

for the sand and iron filings and K something, you use water to separate right?

carbon tetrachloride was the neutral nonpolar liquid with no odor

What was the question for the balancing equation with oxygen…

Chloeee, which one you are talking about? for the XO one, i put 9.0

Oh that wasn’t a balancing question. 9.0 the mass of element X because there were four moles of the XO.

ofmg I left the question blank about how you go about separating the potassium iodine from the sand/iron fillings.

I was so conflicted!

I was going to say the answer that involved water, but I ended up forgetting to answer it.

what were the other choices for the question about the “neutral nonpolar liquid with no odor”?

I omitted 15 questions. I think im going to have to retake in november!
