<p>Question people, did your writing score go down?
my writing score went down from 680 to 570..
but my math went from 690-770
and cr 610-630. so another question i had was which scores should i send? i wanna major in cognitive science...</p>

<p>Math: 560---->560 -.-
CR: 540----->610
Writing: 570------> 710</p>
<p>my writing score went up but in math i thought i would get around a 650. I dont get how I didnt change at all. A few of my friends also went down in math</p>

My writing March 2012: 620
My writing October 6: 650</p>
<p>I’m so mad! I don’t know how I didn’t increase at all! Granted, the rest was great (800M 720CR) but I thought I did better.</p>
<p>Mine went down from 670 to 620…I was pretty disappointed. I didn’t study a ton on the writing, but I was only expecting to get +/-10 not 50 lower.</p>

<p>My writing score went up 130 points from 660 -> 790
Reading went up from 640 -> 660
Maths 780 -> 780</p>
<p>Some subjects you reach your peak or so I been told.
SAT June -> October
Math: 520 -> 540
CR: 530 -> 540
Writing: 530 -> 540
My essay went from 6 -> 8 I believed.</p>
<p>Either way I’m happy with this increase in my scores because I crossed the 1600 mark.</p>

<p>So minus 1 means we got a 780 and minus 2 is a 770?</p>
<p>This is how my scores went (the last time I took it was March junior year):</p>
<p>Critical Reading: 680—740 (+60)
Math: 680—710 (+30)
Writing: 670—800 (+130???)</p>
<p>I don’t know if it would be worth taking again because my CR and W are good, but my math is still low

<p>Side Note: I know this increase seems kind of ridiculous, and I was SO not expecting it at all. It kind of shows how stupid the SAT is since I can increase this much with barely any studying (I didn’t study Writing at all, and my essay only increased from an 8 to a 10). Ironically, I studied the most in Math, which was my lowest increase, and my weakest subject -.-</p>
<p>Went from 690 to 750, still expected a bit better to be honest </p>
<p>Expected at least an 11 essay as well, got 10</p>
<p>I am aware of someone whose writing score dropped by about 150 points this time after studying and practicing for 6 months. Something doesn’t seem right.</p>
