Hello. Trying to ascertain if I should re-take the ACT. I'm 2 points away from being in the running for a full tuition scholarship at three of the schools I am applying to. The issue is that I am applying early action, and the deadline is Nov 1st. Next ACT test is in late October, and the scores wont be ready until maybe mid-November. I can take the SAT in time, in fact I am registered, but I have no experience with that test and probably wont score as high. What should I do?

Dude why are you doing early action if your 100% getting in. Just apply regular decision and take the next ACT. Right thing to do. Since your getting the scholarship I assumer its basically a safety school.

Likely you need to apply EA (Nov 1) to be in the running for those scholarships, right? EVERY college clearly states their test deadlines. Go to their webpages and find out. It’s not hidden.

I dont know 100% that I am getting in, or if I have the scholarship. Just that if I score 2 points higher, the possibility of money is there.
