Hello, sorry if this isn’t the right forum for this question. I am a senior, and planning on taking the October 22nd, 2016 ACT (will be my 2nd time taking ACT). I am looking to apply to Princeton SCEA, and on their website it says that the “recommended” deadline for all standardized testing for Early Action is Nov. 1st. I was wondering if there would be enough time for me to receive my scores, then report them (rush them if need be) to Princeton when they arrive in early November, since the use of the word “recommended” makes the deadline seem somewhat flexible. Or would I necessarily have to send the scores directly to Princeton (without being able to see them first)? Has anyone had experience with this before? Thanks a lot!
That is a recommended deadline for actually taking the tests but they can arrive after Nov 1. Princeton actually accepts through the Nov SAT test for EA, see http://admission.princeton.edu/applyingforadmission/application-dates-deadlines
