**October ACT Thread**

i put no change also i think

NO change here.

Last question for english i put no change, I thought it looked OK, and most of the other answers looked dumb. Don't remember it that wwell tho

Space10045,

Thanks for posting the picture. It seems that I read the arc question wrong.

Guys, can I see the scale earlier than i get my scores, or not.

english: easiest
math: moderate
reading: harder than last time
science: science portion just killed me...

last time i thought english and math were the hardest,
this time reading and science......... :(

Can anyone tell me what the letter was for the answer along the lines of "the roots won't extend below this level"

I meant to put that, and put D.

Also, what letter was the right anser

Was a science question asking why the experiment wasnt conducted deeper than 20

Also, was the answer for the control the unvegitated thing for both experiments?

If im not mistaken, here are my projected scores

English-32
Math-36
Reading-35
Science-34

Man i Hope i get over a 30 on english....im sure about the rest of my scores

RickJ,

ACT never reports its scale it used.

I just want to break my 25...

The answer to the science question was the plant doesnt go further down, becuase if the water stop going down it would show zero, but if the plant stopped going down it cant have a value

This is first time for me taking it so I just want at least a 25 cause I didn't prepare at all.

yes aymroueh what was the letter for that answer?

the letter changes fromt test to test but it was either c or d on mine...im poistive it was D

What about the English question that asked if me needed a comma after it? It was like "which, something me of myself, I just said me because two commas would make the phrase unecessary to the sentence. Right? MAybe not.

animal life, and of course water .. what about this one

what was the math question that had x^5+y^3+z^3 or something like that and the choices were odd, odd, even etc. anyone remember the whole question?

IM positive no comma is need before unless there is an independent clause after or if it is an apositive or discription

but i said no comma, but I am pretty bad at English

odd odd odd is false

I had the same reasoning as you, aymroueh.
