Okay well since the earliest fall SAT there is to take is in October and the ED deadline is around the beginning of November, is it possible for your October SAT to be included in the ED registration? How?

I think you'll need to get scores rushed.

yes, just bubble in that you want your scores sent to penn on the test day. if i were you, though, i would def try to finish your testing before the fall. you'll enjoy your summer a whole lot more.

Well I'm taking my SAT on saturday but if I do poorly then I'd like to take it again to hopefully do better!

o allright if thats the case then you made the right decision. for obvious reasons, hope you do well to avoid retaking

Me too.

If I took it in October is there like a place on the SAT form where you can decide to have your scores rushed to a certain place or what?

call the admissions office when the time comes and ask them. i'm pretty sure it makes no difference whether or not its rushed, but you should check on that to be certain.

I also recommend finishing your testing before summer starts. UPenn's testing requirements are SAT and 2 SAT IIs or just the ACT. Take one of the free ACT practice tests on Peterson's website (I'll post a link if I can find it, since it is quite hard to find); those are tons harder than the real ACT, and if you get a score around 28, then you will do very well on the real ACT. [By the way, I give this advice to a lot of people because the SAT is not my thing, but the ACT I can rip.] Taking the ACT may work out better for you; all schools in the U.S. see it as equal to the SAT, so it really doesn't matter which one you take as long as you do well on one of them.

i think you need to call after the results are released. also, this year collegeboard rushed all SAT scores for the October test date. I took it last october and called them rush them and they said that they rushed it anywars. saved me the $10 :)

Well tux I'm already doing the SAT route, I take my 3 SAT II's in June, and hopefully if my SAT score is around 2100 then I may not even retest again unless I decide to by like august
