October SAT Curves?

kevinscool... you are silly.

math sections have brutal curves.

i guess it's cause many people aren't tricked by them, so many gpeople get 800s. on CR for example, there are many questions which could have 2 ansewrs. lame if u ask me

i know what you mean.
I hope the curve big this time. GIGANTIC... HUGE.. ENORMOUS. or else i will smack myself with a banana. I was shooting for 2100, but i think i got below 1900.

ME TOO!! i hope it's good on cr, even though cr wasn't like beastly hard, but that there were (in my opinion) some debatable questions.

man im DISSAPOINTED. on all my practice tests, i got like 2-3 wrong on math :(. this tiem i skipped 2, got 2 mc wrong and 1 FR wrong cuz of reading errors.DAMNIT ARGH

the only reason i havent canceled is i have a good feeling about reading and writing, which, could still bring me to 2200 or close to it

i hate collegeboard at the moment for putting the critical reading sections back to back.. especially since i SUCK at ciritcal reading.

Ohhhhh i got that too! i really liked the readings though, so that helped. EXCEPT FOR AUNT SYLVIE. *** i was like uh she's a crazy woman. that's all i got from this

yeah. aunt sylvie. the mermaid wannabe. i really screwed up on that passage. I'm stronger in the Math section, but this Math one sucked ASSSSS. The cylinder/cone question, the one with the 3 equations. and the 240 one with 5/6 and 1/3. I think I got all those wrong.

dude...... dont even talk to me about doing bad in math lol. I could have easily aced the math lol :(. i MISREAD the 1/3 pie graph thing. I MISREAD the (8-x)(5+x) thing. I found volume for the cylinder, not depth. God i feel like a idiot lol. The only good thing is that it seems the other questions i was questionable about i either guessed right, or it was experimental

do you know which one was experiemental?
and dude... I'm not a dude. I'm a dOOde. ;]

Kevin are you a senior?

the STV one i think was experimental. for math right? and then there was some crazy graph asking to find the angle of x with y and i hope that was experimental too. and some rectangular solid with dimensions abc, i hope that was experimental. but ya im a senior

the graph question was fairly easy. that is... if you are good with geometry. I just didn't like the one with the plane question and how many circles there could be in it and whatnot...

isn't there only ONE experimental section per test? gah. I wish there was more than one. and yey. I'm a senior too. do you live in CA?

there is, but some ppl got a writing or reading experimental. i HOPE that graph is experimental cuz i was running out of time and i was like WHAT IS THIS GRAPH TRYING TO SAY TO ME!.

i think it was 1 circle, unless circles on top of one another counted, otherwise it'd be infinite. i live in MN

yea i got one circle too. that better have been the answer or else i don't know what i'll do. if you plugged in y=-x then you see that the square is flipped on the x axis. that's all you had to do for the graph question <-- that is the one you;re talking about right>?>

uh there was a question where u flipped something over the x axis and then there was a square question flipped over the y=-x. i was talking about some crazy geometry graph where x and y were angles, and u had to define x with y or something

oh wait. yeah that's what i meant. sorry.

i hope it was experimental, i randomly, can i stress the fact randomly some more? RANDOMLY picked a answer. but ive guessed like 3 answers right so far so who knows haha

basic geometry. :D

i'm hoping the CR was experimental.
but when you say you hope math was experimental which section do you hope it was? the one with the z and the three equations? cause I wouldn't mind that one being experimental.
