I’m freaking out about the SATS which will be released in a couple hours. I want to get into NU and had a 1320 last year- I have to get my score up to have a decent shot.
Jeez, college applications will be the death of me. Anyone else?

am with you! first time test taker but all my practices were too low for me. im predicting a 1350 but i really need anything above 1400. good luck! and dont stress too much! whats done is done now
IKR. The SAT is so stressful.
This was my first time taking it and Im hoping for a 1400+ too. I really hope I do well because this is my only chance to get into a good college with a scholarship (im a senior who needs lots of scholarship money).
BTW What time are scores released???
Also do post your scores here
For the August test, some people were able to see their scores at 7 am on the release date. For a ton of other people: not until 4:45 pm.
I got my scores - disappointing
I dont see my scores…freaking out!
@england2022 what did you get?
I got a 1380 (760 eng, 620 maths) - not terrible and I’m also an international transfer and this is my first time taking the test (I haven’t studied maths in 4 years as it’s not compulsory for final high school years in the UK). So I don’t have to worry too much. I am taking the ACT next Friday though so might fare better.
I didn’t get an email saying my scores were out, I had to navigate the website a bit so give it a go and see if they are on there!
I find it so irritating that they don’t have the scores posted first thing in the morning for everyone. They must know that everyone is eager to know their score and by not posting all in the morning, we end up having to repeatedly go back to the website to see if the score is up.
did you manage to find yours? I only just got an email letting me know even though my scores had been there for a while.
No, just a message saying
"Your Score Is Pending
Congratulations on taking the SAT.
We apologize but your score is still being processed. You should get your score within a week; you’ll get an email when your score is available.
If you still don’t see your score more than three weeks after test day, contact Customer Service at 866-756-7346."
Last time, they weren’t posted until 4:45 pm EST, though some people got them at 7 am EST like you.
@england2022 What! thats not disappointing. Thats great
But i still dont see mine :(( I have searching the website for ages
Has anyone form New Delhi, India gotten their scores?
Hi guys, I got a 1480. I’m pretty happy with it - I expected more but definitely can’t complain. This system is just toxic, though. For something that so poorly predicts your life trajectory, it shouldn’t be such a big deal.
I’m from Kerala, India. I got mine a couple hours ago.
@timberwolf16 can you comment on the curve? How many did you miss in each section to get your score?
@3scoutsmom it appears the curve was very normal in comparison to other tests, according to the raw score calculator online that is based on previous tests.
and congrats @timberwolf16 ! you’ll be a wildcat in no time.
@3scoutmom That’s what I inferred as well…I took a lot of practice tests and missing around 3 in each section gives me a score in the 1480 range, throughout Khan Academy, study guides, and other practice tests.
@england2022 Thank you! I really hope so. That would be such a blessing.
Finally got the results, but seriously College Board? Wrote 1.2 for question 18 and got it wrong because they wanted it carried to the next decimal: 1.21
Hi everyone,
So for the October SAT, I missed less questions overall than I did on the May SAT, but my score was 50 points lower! Is anyone else’s score like this too?
