October SAT I retake just for math section?

Hi, I'm planning to apply to many of the top 20 schools and I've been considering MIT but I'm really concerned about my score for the math section on the SAT.
So far I have:
SAT I (first time) R:740 M:720 W:800
SAT I (second time) R:750 M:690 (ouch!) W:740
SAT II BioM(800) Math2 (800) Spanish (760) (not sending spanish)

I'm planning to retake the SAT in october specifically to raise my math score. Is that a good idea? Will my 720 (if superscored) significantly lower my chances if I don't get a better score?
Will it look bad if I take the SAT I for the third time (to the colleges that require all scores)?

btw I do well in my math classes at school, taking all the hardest classes available (AP/accelerated/honors) and maintaining a 3.98 UW GPA

CR+M at 1470 is a little bit low for top 20 schools.

If you are serious about MIT—retake. You will want a 760-800 for there.
