I ordered the Question and Answer Service for my October SAT (the one that physically gets shipped through mail), but I still did not receive it yet. I’m worried that I may not get it to review before my December retake. Did anyone else get theirs back?
My son has not received his either. Same concern…he is taking his next SAT in December and wants to review his October SAT.
I called collegboard a few times during November and all they say is that takes 6 to 8 weeks and that I should receive it by this past Friday Of course I didn’t get it but their office was closed on Friday. If my daughter doesn’t receive it by Monday I am going to ask for a refund as she is retaking SAT on Saturday.
I am on the phone with College Board as I type this. This is the third time I called, each time they tell me that it takes 6-8 weeks. Today they are saying that 6-8 weeks is the processing time and that I will probably received it next week. Unacceptable as the test is this Saturday. As such, I am requesting a refund.
DS got it yesterday. We live in NJ. Not sure if that makes a difference.
