October SAT Scores: Expected vs. Actual

Got my SAT scores back! My W was really low - it dropped 90 points. However, my CR increased by 50 and my math increased by 80. So superscored, I have a 2360, not what I was really expecting. So yay! I won’t be taking the SAT again.

Expected:

CR 630-670; Actual 640
M 750-800; Actual 750
W 670-750; Actual 650
Total 2050-2220; Actual 2040

Haha. I’m satisfied, though, because my score is above average for UC Berkeley and UCLA, and above the 25 % for USC and Stanford :)

I got a 2230

M: 800
CR: 700
W: 730 (essay 8)

M 800
CR 610
W 620 (Essay 10/12)

Below expectation for score of approximately 100. Hugely unsatisfied.
I got ~2200 in College Board Practice test even by presuming I obtain 8/12 in essay.

Math: 730
Critical Reading: 620
Writing: 690
2040. I was predicting this, but super low CR, so low CR+M. I know I’ll take it again and try for a perfect score on math and I have my Barron’s for CR. :D

Expected:
CR: 670-700
Math: 720-760
Writing: 750-780
Total: 2140-2240

Actual:
CR: 740 (Super excited)
Math: 780
Writing: 800
Total: 2320!!!

Couldn’t be happier with my scores. Last score I had was a 2150 so I had a 170 point improvement :)
