OCTOBER SAT Subject Test: Chemistry

I'm taking the Chem this June with just an honors Chem class. Did the same with bio during my freshman year last year and got a pretty good 730. But I'm shooting for 760+ for Chem.

Wish me Luck! lol

^So ignent yo...

Huh?Why?What does ignent mean?Is that even a real word?

does he mean ignorant? idk, lol, the closest i can come up with

Haha it's kinda slangy for ignorant =D

ahh i was right lmao.

lmao, I feel so stupid and ignorant right now. Oh well lol.

so when are we allowed to discuss the test itself?

I think you can now...all the testing is over?

not over yet some people could not take it for religious reasons today so they will take tomorrow

lol....had I known that I wouldn't have discussed literature

eire-I'm pretty sure they take different versions of the tests...

I crammed the AP Bio book in one day and 3 hours (Ebbing/1103 pages)... I blanked 5 (time consuming items/things I had to think about) and only filled out the ones I knew. I OMITTED #4... I felt so dumb for those three seconds. I found the test as a whole very time consuming... then again I never finished any practice test in the allotted time. Subjects were easy no solubility stuff. I also had old tests so... What do y'all think? I felt like I did 700+, but if its not 800, I sincerely believe my parents will hang me out the window mostly because me attempting to USABO led to arrogance and a SAT II score of 730. Whereas my standard achieving friend got a 740. big whoop. If y'all couldn't tell I'm extremely anxious and nervous and scarred I'll jinx my score. Oh and I also took the June Chem but cancelled b/c I got like 30 omits since I didn't finish.

For those who didn't check, College Board says to check back on the 23rd for scores AHAHAHAAHAHAHAH!!!! ::lots of stress here:: ::hyperventilates::

did you guys get a lot of D's around the late 50s and early 60s?

i remember having like 3 Ds in a row somewhere along there.

I don't remember any specific lettering on questions but if somebody were to bring up a question I think it would be easier for people to try and hash out what answer they put (not the letter but the element, or molarity, etc.)

Harold, they mix up the questions on the tests so your 3 Ds in a row could be spread out on another person's test.

anyone know the answer to the question that asked what caused global warming? since CO2 wasn't a choice I guess and put microwaves?? I really didn't know the answer since my school sucked at teaching that kind of stuff.

The Earth emits infrared radiation.

darn...there's -1.......
