October SAT Writing

let me reiterate a statement made by someone earlier on this thread: the SAT was made for people much stupider than you, the error in the Q can not be due to a technicality (in or on a city, how many people knew persepolis was a city? honestly...)

lol strange. thanks?

is it just me or was the second one likely the experiemental one.

my reason being is that i'm usually really good with the writing section but the second one was a lot harder than normal

wait, does anyone know the wording to the Pluto question?

arg, I think i missed the pluto one

so what would the persepolis one be?

yea..! i hope its no error!!

wait, why is the pluto question not no error?

Actually, technicality questions often appear on the SAT. Sometimes the error is merely a comma or a capitalization. Aside from that, the city example is an idiom. They always test those.

UGH the diary one was the hard one for me. The one on animal behavior, which was experimental, was really easy.

MAN !@#$!@$@!# there goes my 800 on writing

shiomi!!! even I've put populous as wrong on that brazil question

what exactly was the brazil question, i dont remember it but if i do i could help

brazil is the most populous of the nine african countries, as well as the largest in size...
I might have written the sentence incorrectly but nothing was wrong with the other options.. either A or E has to be the answer.

even i seemed to think that populated would be better suited here

no...populous is the right word. for example:

Most Populous Countries

^i hope its the right word too!

And I hope something jinxes it :D lol

what would be the most amount of omitted and missed questioned allowed in order to score a 680?

what did you guys get for a question that was like "something was larger than the size of Brazil" and I put that it should be larger IN size

i had writing section in section 3 and section 5 or 6. which one was the experimental and which one was the real one?
