<p>So I was wondering how October SAT usually is, in terms of difficulty? Is it harder or easier than the May SAT? Do they make it harder because for many juniors it's their last attempt?</p>
<p>Will the critical reading be composed of more of those difficult science passages?</p>
<p>Personally, I wouldn’t put much stock in anyone’s prediction as to whether the SAT given on one date is likely to be easier or harder than the test given on another date. The truth is we don’t know. Just be prepared to do your best on whatever comes your way. The more prepared you are, the easier the test will seem. Or, as the golfer Gary Player once said, “The more I practice, the luckier I get.”</p>
