<p>The applications have a question on when you took or when you plan to take the tests, so does that mean you have to take the test by Nov. 1 or that they have to receive the report by then? Sorry if this is a dumb question.</p>
<p>yes. Most schools tell you on the website when the last acceptable dates are.</p>
