October?

<p>I'm a senior, should I take the ACT in October? I've never taken it, I've taken the SAT three times, and got an 1870. Will I be able to look at my scores and decide if I want colleges to see them, or will there not be enough time for that? Is it even worth taking the test with so little preparation? Does anyone have a good prep book they could recommend?</p>

<p>yeah i would def take them, and from what i hear real act prep is the best. sylvan and kaplan also offer courses but im not sure how much theyre worth it, though sylvan was awesome with me</p>
