Odd Issue For Admission

So I applied before the admissions deadline in December for scholarships and was not considered, which didn't surprise me because I don't stand out academically at USC. I think I fit in with the norm (tell me if I'm mistaken!) with a 31 ACT and a 4.1 GPA. But I think I might not get in - and here's why:
I applied as an undecided major, so during the supplement process USC did not ask for a portfolio. I listed studio art, photography and music lessons all as extracurriculars, but I wasn't able to show them my portfolio. This is the stuff I have pursued in high school, but I'm not sure if its the right direction for me in college - hence my undecided major. So, I emailed the admissions counselor for my area with a link to my artists blog, where my work in photography, AP photography and AP drawing and painting is shown on the page. I'm worried however, this it is too late. I sent that blog in about 2 weeks ago - so I'm afraid my fate is already sealed.

What do you guys think? I want in so bad!

I think it is very hard to wait to hear from the schools and that you have done the most you can. Good luck. I sincerely hope you get in.
