Odds/Chances into University of Kansas?

Hello, I am a current undergrad student at Kansas City Kansas Community College, who will hopefully be able to transfer to the university of Kansas after one year. My grades came back about a week ago and I had a 3.7 GPA and have earned 11 credits.(one of my classes did not transfer to KU) I have poured over my the admissions page for KU daily to try and guess my chances at getting in but i'm somewhat confused about how this transfer process will all work. I need at least 24 credits to transfer solely based on my GPA, but i wont have enough credits by the may 1st deadline.(plus i was wanting to apply and be admitted far before then) Will I be admitted on a conditional status or denied? Also will they combined my gpa with my overall high school GPA(right around 2.3) and act score (20) and previous college gpa( i stopped going and i didn't withdraw so i failed everything)? I needed a 21 on my act to get into KU and got a 20, and the regents curriculum has changed since i graduated high school in 2007 cause i had only the minimum of two math credits to graduate high school, but the regents curriculum is three now so am i not admitted? Furthermore, based on a combination of these three things (College GPA, High school GPA, ACT score) will I get in????? Any light shed on this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

You said you need at least 24 credits, but you don’t have enough.
You said you needed a 21 on your ACT, but you only have a 20.
It seems that you don’t have 2 of the 3 things that are needed to get in.
Have you considered calling them and asking someone there? Good luck to you.

Yes, I will actually be calling or emailing KU as soon as their Christmas break is over. Thank you Pizzagirl.

Also, I only need one of the three to be admitted (But since i have less than the 24 credit hours right this moment, I must meet one of the three requirements and then they will look at my College GPA too) I figure having at least one of the three requirements combined with my GPA from the fall 2009 semester, will hopefully have my wish come true. But we will see, im guessing right around February 1st ill know for sure whether or not I’m in.
